I'm Sandi Cohen
Sandi Cohen is a Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner, and a Nutrition Consultant. She has worked for Andrea Nakayama as a Health Coach within Empowered Education and has been in the nutrition space for over 13 years.
Sandi wrote an e-book called ‘The College Health Secrets for Senior Girls’, which currently sells on Amazon and her website sandicohennutrition.com. She also leads walks and nutrition talks for women in her community and is the founder and co-author of thehealthystepsproject.com - a community-based program for nutrition practitioners.
Sandi recently developed the New Start and Resilience programs for women, which are geared towards making diet and lifestyle changes that are appropriate for each individual.
