FAQ's

Do I have to live in Los Angeles to take the  New Start and Resilience programs? 

We work with women all over the United States and Canada. We communicate by text and have a once a week walks with our clients on our phones.

What kind of cardio do I need to do?

We require 60 minutes of activity each day - 7 days a week. It can be a combination of jogging, spinning, biking or power walking.  At the beginning if you are new to exercise or haven’t exercised lately walking is great to begin with or pushing your kids in a stroller, hiking or elliptical. 

Do I need to order special food?

No not at all. You will follow a menu plan that we can alter somewhat to suit your nutrition needs. The recipes are very easy to make, and the amounts per recipe will carry you over until the next day. The menu plan is gluten, dairy, and sugar free. We ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol. 

What if I have an injury or just recovering from one?

We ask that you get permission from your doctor to start our program. 

How do I start the program?

Purchase the New Star Program or Bundle Deal and you will receive an email to complete our client intake form. You will then receive an email with details to begin the program.

Do I have to take the New Start program before taking the Resilience program?

Yes, the 2 week New Start program is the first program, then it’s optional to take the one month Resilience program. Most people go on to take Resilience following New Start.
