My fave Gluten Free Granola

This granola is delicious over coconut yogurt or with dairy free milk or just to have for a satisfying mid afternoon snack!

It's loaded with magnesium which helps you to relax your mood, muscles and nerves and needed for over 300 enzymatic reactions in your body. All ingredients or organic and gluten free!


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup puffed millet

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup puffed rice cereal

1/3 cup pumkin seeds

1/3 cup pecans

1/3 cup walnuts (high in antioxidants)

2 Tablespoons of goji berries (super food and very high in antioxidants)

1 Tablespoons of black strap molasses (high in magnesium)

Cinnamon to your liking (super food and very high in antioxidants)

Nut meg to your liking

1 cup melted coconut oil

Berries, blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, strawberries, (high in antioxidants choose 2)

1 Tablespoons of Coconut Secret Coconut Nectar (optional)


METHOD:

Combine all ingredients except for the fruit. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25- 30 minutes. Top of with your berries! Keeps for a week in a container.
