
Pumpkin Somethin's
These muffins are amazing! They are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
Loaded with vitamin A and vitamin C, which are immune boosting!
Vitamin A protects against infections, and increases white blood cell production.
Vitamin C is antiviral, antibacterial, improves antibiotic therapy.

Mix with a spoon all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Yum!
1 cup brown rice 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 apple sauce
1/2 cup avocado oil 1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp organic baking powder 1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice
